Accidentally deleted a file or whole folder? Don’t worry, with our versioning software you can step back in time and recover any file or folder for 30 days. You can even view and recover previous versions of documents to undo mistakes made weeks ago.
Top level security
Unlike other providers we don’t send your data around the world before storing it on a random server. All of your data stays within the UK, on our own servers running in our own rackspace at the Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne. And, of course, we also use the industry standard HTTPS transmission and AES encryption.

Can I choose what gets backed up?
Yes. By default the application will backup everything in your user folder (Documents, Pictures, Music etc.). To add additional folders to this simply click on the Add Folder Sync Connection button in the Callout Cloud application. If you have multiple users on your computer then we would recommend running the application on each account that you would like to backup.
